What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unused items in their original condition. Please contact us to get the process started — we'll make it easy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Classes & Events
Do I need experience to take a class?
Not at all! We welcome stitchers of every skill level, including complete beginners. Our instructors are patient, encouraging, and passionate about the craft.
How do I sign up for a class?
Browse upcoming sessions on our Events page or contact us directly to reserve your spot. Space is limited, so we recommend registering early.
