Free standard shipping on US orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship at a flat calculated rate at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days of shipping via USPS. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order is on its way.

Local pickup: Williamstown neighbors are welcome to choose free pickup at checkout and collect orders at the shop, 100 Water Street, during regular hours.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you stitch. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

Canvases: Hand-painted canvases in original, unworked condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Canvases that have been stitched, cut, marked, or removed from their packaging in a way that prevents resale are final sale.

Threads & fibers: Because dye lots vary and fibers are delicate, thread purchases are final sale. If we pulled threads for you and a color isn't working, reach out — we'll always help you make it right.

Accessories: Unused accessories may be returned within 30 days in original condition.

Sale items, special orders, and class fees are final sale.

To start a return, email info@BlackSheepNeedlepoint.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we'll take care of everything.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you promptly. No hoops.
