We aren't shipping orders yet. All purchases are made in the shop at 100 Water Street, Williamstown. We'll post shipping details here when online ordering opens.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you stitch. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

Canvases: Hand-painted canvases in original, unworked condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Canvases that have been stitched, cut, marked, or removed from their packaging in a way that prevents resale are final sale.

Threads & fibers: Because dye lots vary and fibers are delicate, thread purchases are final sale. If we pulled threads for you and a color isn't working, reach out — we'll always help you make it right.

Accessories: Unused accessories may be returned within 30 days in original condition.

Sale items, special orders, and class fees are final sale.
